  • Primary Care Services (VI) Additional Appointments Available

    Appointments are now available on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays for patients of practices within Primary Care Services (VI).

    Appointments will be delivered from West Park Surgery West Park Hospital between 8am and 2pm. 

    Appointments will be available on a first-come first-serve basis to be booked in prior to the day through your normal GP practice.

    If you need to book an urgent appointment please call 111 who will redirect your call; alternatively you can call the practice directly on 01902 422677 on the day.

    Primary Care Services (VI) have also Improved Access during the week with weekday appointments available from 5pm – 8pm. For further information please contact your practice team.

Mandy Hands (CMI L5) Diploma in Management and Leadership.

The Practice Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology.  The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended service to enhance patient care.

 

Reception

Our receptionists are usually the first point of contact and are here to help you. They have a lot of information to hand and in most cases will be able to help with your enquiry, ensuring you see the most appropriate clinician. Anything that is discussed with the receptionists or any other member of the team is treated in strict confidence. We can offer a degree of privacy at a separate reception booth (in a separate room) if your enquiry is sensitive, please ask the receptionist if require this.
